I have a theory on the last wave of violence and I think I am right.
The perpetrators are most likely members of the disbanded Army
and here is why:
1-The timing of the attacks with the arrival "des bailleurs de
fonds".... They (the Army) were never compensated for their
dismissal, this sudden show of force is a message to Preval:
"Hey Preval, we understand you are about to receive quite a few
big checks, and we want our dues. Otherwise, we will make life
impossible to the point where the "bailleurs" will say: "fuck you". "
2- The modality of the attacks indicates a bit of tactical
sophistication which goes beyond Cite Soley and other
bidonvilles.
How am I doing?
