I know individuals here in the region who are reknown not to be
punctual, may it be meetings, dinner engagements, social gatherings, job
interviews, etc., it is in their make-up and not very well seen.
Etiquette says being 1/2 hour to an hour late passes, but later than
that a telephone call should be made ....
