envelopes to his successor (I forgot his name).... the envelopes
were labeled #1 and #2 respectively.

Krutchev: "When all hell break loose and you can't do shit, just blame
my Administration for everything... the instructions are in envelope

Successor: "What about envelope #2?"

Krutchev: "Envelop #2 contains the resignation letter you will be
tending to your successor, since blaming me won't quite solve
the problems."
