Seriously, though, this is a significant amount and is indicative of the
laisser faire attitude of the Greek state where spending borrowed money is
concerned. It's also indicative of at least a portion of the population's
lack of integrity and adds credence to Pagalo's words that "mazi ta
fagame."

People are not "innocent" at all!

I hope they get every penny back.

They will get some money back from people who have some kind of property but
from people who own nothing...quite difficult...
