Here is what Nashton portrays as some of our "mistatements"

Let's not overblow the whole thing. Provided that the plant is
finally secured and cleaned, this radiation level will decline quite
quickly (depending on the actual elements that provide the
radiation)."
ADR forgetting about the plutonium, offers his in depth__________________
analysis of the nuclear reactor crisis in Japan.
It is really bad to have just a few grey cells. They just work too
hard to make any sense to the world. Based on the experience in
Japan, George Monbiot, a well-known and best selling author of "Green"
policies is now fully supporting nuclear energy
http://www.guardian.co.uk/commentisfree/2011/mar/21/pro-nuclear-japan...
The article provides the details and discusses the levels of exposure
Now, who is George Monbiot (not that Nashton has ever heard of him!)?
The following enry from Wikipedia provides details
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/George_Monbiot
The discussion you are alluding to had nothing to do with the safety of
nuclear energy but your assertion that Japan was doing just fine, here:
http://tinyurl.com/4lfbydb
In response to Jason P's thread where he stated that the levels of
radiation have attained dangerous levels.
The hilarious part, that I'm sure everyone and their dog expected, was
for you to jump in and utter something profoundly stupid as you did and
subsequently spend the next couple of months defending your stance by
quoting mass media articles and cherry picking information in the Internet.
In your post, you assert, with all the idiocy and stupidity that
permeates you, the following:
"Provided that the plant is
finally secured and cleaned, this radiation level will decline quite
quickly (depending on the actual elements that provide the
radiation)."
Of course, when and if they clean it up the levels will drop
significantly, but Earth to Retzios: They are not sure how to accomplish
this quite yet. Between running out of fuel to supply the generators
that made the water pumps function, to the electricity being cut off to
the cooling apparatus, to spraying it from hundreds of feet and failing,
with water, to recently considering burying it under concrete and dirt!
Moreover, as it stands, every single country in the West that relies on
nuclear power has initiated review programs and some countries are going
as far as to close down existing facilities. There is definitely a lack
of consensus even amongst scientists on the safety of nuclear energy
over (even though they tend to view it as posing more risks than
benefits), but Retzios, the Wise One, knows that nuclear energy is
ultimately safe because he....read it in an article in the.......Guardian.
Now, would Nashton ever stop advertising how stupid he is? Probably
not. Definitely not. He will soon tell us when Yiorgakis got the
list of Greek depositors in Switzerland from the Swiss PM. Won't you
Nashton?
LOL.
You're a piece of work, really. As it stands, if a foreign country
supplies the name, address and incriminating evidence against an
individual suspected of tax evasion, they *will* supply account info to
the authorities requesting the information.
Hey, ilithie, the whole thing hinges on the "incriminating evidence",
doesn't it???
Yes, it does. And this was precisely the context of the discussion where
you made your now infamous comment.
Not at all, you stupid.
We'll let others decide. Just as when you made the comment that you were always right and turned around and denied it. Many posters, myself included, provided proof and you still denied it.
But such cheap and totally erroneous comments
by you are by now the "definitive Nashton". But since did you build
any relationship with the truth? You are a consumate liar, a
professional hater that needs to construct a totally fake reality.
In the thread in question, the discussion gravitated around obtaining information on tax evaders. Then you, Mr. know-it-all, jumped in with your now infamous comment that was impertinent. Grasping the context of the moment is not your forte, is it?
