????????

Default encoding Unicode (UTF-8).

I use default encoding Unicode (UTF-8)
for all incoming messages and outgoing
messages. I don't use Greek (ISO), because
it is good only for Greeks.

When I get messages from Greece, I choose
encoding Greek (ISO) to read them... Only the
Greek letters in the subject (Outlook Express)
look like Chinese. ( If you go to the control
panel, you can solve this problem...)

Agamemnon, go to tools and options.
Fonts: Font settings: unicode
Encoding: unicode (UTF-8)
Default encoding: unicode set as default.

This will make messages sent in ISO or Windows Greek encoding
unreadable.

International send settings:
Default encoding: unicode (UTF-8)

Done

????

See, its stripped the language header once again even tough I set it to
UTF-8 as default. It's ignoring the default settings. Outlook Express is
bugged.

Ooo, I see...

Go to News sending Format

Plain Text

Plain Text Settings

Message Format
check this: MIME
Encode text using: None

Don't check this: allow 8- bit characters in headers
and
don't check this: Uuencode

It is already set up just like that. Outlook Express is clearly bugged. It
won't allow you to post in Unicode or any other kind of encoding except
English no matter how you set it.

check this: When replying to message always
use English headers.

This will destroy the original encoding every non-UTF-8 massage I reply
to and make the text unreadable.

Read it:
When replying to message always use English
headers. What's this? Uses the English words
To, From, and Subject in your reply, even if
the language of your reply is not English.
