BULGARIA'S MACEDONISTS - FRIENDS OF TURKISH FASCISTS

Folks,

I am an American of Bulgarian ancestry who believes in rapprochement
between Bulgaria and Greece - and not necesarily only within the
framework of NATO and/or the EU. /Bulgaria is already a NATO-member
and is expected tp join the EU in 2007 or 2008/.

It is my firm opinion that today Bulgaria and Greece have more things
that unite them than ones that divide them - re. goals, aspirations,
concerns, common friends (allies), shared adversaries (existent and/or
potential), etc.

I would like you to know - in case you are not aware of it - that the
macedonist organization in Bulgaria OMO "Ilinden" (consisting of people
who have turned their backs on their Bulgarian roots and compatriots
and claim to be "ethnic Macedonians") was founded in 1990 by the said
Bulgarian renegades with assistance from the Yugoslav communist and
Turkish intelligence services. Today, OMO "Ilinden" receives generous
assistance in different forms from the government of FYROM-Skopje
(Paeono-Dardania, or Vardaria). OMO "Ilinden" has maintained cozy ties
with Turkish radical nationalists and fascists inside Bulgaria as well
as in Turkey. As early as 1990, "Ilinden" and the leader of the Moslem
minority party in Bulgaria, the Turkish nationalist Ahmed Dogan, were
discussing ways to collaborate for the realization of their common
dream - UNITED MACEDONIST-LED MACEDONIA AND TURKEY, SHARING A BORDER
ALONG THE NESTOS (MARITSA) RIVER FROM ITS SPRINGS IN BULGARIA DOWN TO
ITS ESTUARY INTO THE AEGEAN SEA IN GREECE. Recently, OMO "Ilinden"
expressed its strong support for the establishment of a new and even
more radical Turkish minority party in Bulgaria, presided over by Mr.
Menderes Kongun (Kyongyun), described in the Bulgarian media to be
linked with Turkish intelligence.

Let us not forget also the excellent relations between FYROM-Skopje and
Turkey and the incessant Bulgarophobic and Hellenophobic propaganda
campaigns launched by the government of FYROM-Skopje and the macedonist
groups it supports in Bulgaria, the USA, Canada, Australia, etc.
