second the middleman, so they were getting ready to make deals
through Kerik with the man himself, Giuliani,and who was also in the
legal ?

A.G.,from which we never got the list of clients while he was going
between Judgeship and Private Law, if there is no conflict ,why the
mistery ? what is the link between Giuliani,Kerik,
