VISA hlep : indian in itlay

Hello All,
I am a indian got a job in germany.
He is an agent and the project site is italy and went to padova in
italy for doing the project.
I have first 90 days visa and then 2 years residence permits(i am not
sure wether this is residence permit or not as it is in the german
name). then this guy is giving me a lot of problems like not paying in
time and all.I now searched for new job and got one atleast.
He said i have to organize everything about visa on my own.

So i am worring about this visa now.

I want to get a good visa which allow me to enter into europe
for-ever or so.
Please guide/help me.
