We're off from ethnics or geographics now. It's the "groups" that count.

o.k. then - I can't judge on this. Alas, you showed us some really "pretty"
names for Southerners in a parallel post...

I never thought so. It was just meant as a parallel to "***" in terms of
an insult's severness.
