In the Bulgarian language, yoghurt is called "kiselo mlyako", which
literally means "sour milk". The only precaution is that you should add
yoghurt to your diet gradually, so that your body has time to adjust to
the new rules. Eat yoghurt now and forever and be healthier than ever!
