If you are new to IRC and want to join, here's a quick way to get in.
Go to http://www.mozilla.org/projects/seamonkey/releases/
Download the appropriate Seamonkey client. It's just a streamlined
good ol' Netscape Navigator plus other plugins/software.
Install the package. Then launch Seamonkey. This opens up a web
browser.
Type irc://irc.undernet.org/soc.culture.filipino or
irc://newyork.ny.us.undernet.org/soc.culture.filipino in the
address.
You're there.
We can discuss more configs when you're there.
Alternatively, you may add Chatzilla to Firefox
