Secondly, anyone interested in charges "againts" the same gentleman when VPGMA succeeded to the presidency, PRIOR to her being elected in a regular election? Let's cover all bases, shall we? :)

Thirdly, how can anyone who is not part of the government get charged with corruption (in the Pinoy legal sense)?
