if it is againts the constitution of ?the rp then somebody should say

And several times both the legislature and the courts have ruled that it
isn't a violation....


only the status of balikatan was resolved by the court. whats going
on here where the us personnel go to local hospitals on their own
acting like they have jurisdiction over it and its staff sounds
stretching it a little bit . isnt there a prohibition on them doing
things like that when they are only supposed to just do training
maneuvers with local troops ? people in power who think its illegal
should investigate and if true that it is unconstitutional then
file a complaint with the courts.
Again there's no proof of what you claim- the staff couldn't even keep it's
story straight
