And as I keep pointing out, the military is composed of idiots who will do a kidnapping in front of witnesses, and allegedly used a vehicle with hot license tags. The tag number was provided by witnesses who "just happened to be there" and the tag was again spotted by "human rights volunteers" who "just happened to be" wandering without escorts in an army encampment. Idiots or worse, riight?
