Okay, with that disclaimer clear, I'll describe to you what you should
not do. :)

With half a dozen empty soda cans, packaging tape, a bike pump and
lighter fluid, you can have some loud fun just like New Years eve in
the good ol' las islas Pilipinas. Here's how.

Punch a hole in the middle of the base of one of the cans and call
this can A. The hole should be about 5mm big. (That's millimeter, you
Philistine.) For the rest of the cans, tear 4cm holes on the lid and
in the base. (And that's centimeter.) Tape these together to make a
tube with can A at the bottom. Reinforce with more packaging tape just
in case your aluminum cans are of low quality (you bought the store
brand soda instead of the brand name one, right?)

Now you're ready, make sure you are outdoors with good ventilation and
where you are away from flammable or combustible material. Wear
protective impact resistant goggles. Do not point either end of the
tube at anyone at all times. Squirt some lighter fluid into the 5mm
hole (you don't need a lot) and shake the tube. You are now ready to
ignite.

IGNITION: Make sure there is no one around within ten feet. Light up
the 5mm hole with a fireplace match (the foot long one), a candle, or
a lighter for a range. *BOOM*

AERATE: For the succeeding ignitions, pump out the air through the 5mm
hole. Shake the tube to see if there is some more lighter fluid. If
not, add some more. Shake the tube. Go to IGNITION.

THIS IS JUST FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES. I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU PERFORM
THE ABOVE PROCEDURE. DON'T DO THIS AT HOME. DON'T DO THIS ANYWHERE.

The ones we made as kids were used to fire tennis balls... the balls
themselves only fire once or twice once the fuzz is gone it doesn't work 8 )
Anyways we'd go down to the tennis courts by the rich folks neighborhood and
scrounge all the strays they'd leave behind (those that cleared the fence or
rolled under the anti-wind netting...
we'd get at least a dozen and we used them to fire flaming tennis balls over
people's houses and into their swimming pools or at mean dogs... LOL it was
awesome... now folks have them that fire potatoes- not as much fun to watch
but still a great way to scare the crap out of people 8 P
