Trillanes chided Justice Secretary Raul Gonzalez for his statements
that he "was politically immature" for the Senate.

"Look who's talking. Have you seen any politically maturity from him?
He is psychologically unstable," Trillanes said.

Trillanes said being in detention is no hindrance in his bid to serve
in the Senate.

"I can craft my legislation in detention and nothing can stop me from
doing that. Physical barriers will not stop me from doing my job as a
senator," he said.

Makati Judge Oscar Pimentel has given the Department of Justice until
May 29 to submit a comment on the petition of Trillanes and a group of
print and broadcast journalists for continued access to him.

State Prosecutor Juan Pedro Navera said they are not opposed to the
request provided media adhere to the rules imposed in the April 17
decision of Pimentel allowing media access to Trillanes.
