I see in that last one, "For the meat of a land animal to be halāl it

(Christian or Jew)."  That seems to contradict your assertion, "Fact:

actually they don't go by that definition- when I was over there they
made it very clear that they wouldn't eat any food prepared by "our
Jews" nor were they happy with anything prepared by Christians unless
it could be proven to fit the rules similar in nature to Kosher
laws... which of course eliminates virtually all food prepared for the
military!
