Deemed illegal once. Fine. But if it's back then it's legal again. And your bitch againts the Residence Certificate provision of the law is .......what? This is something the U.S. should have!

Do you know what cedulla is? It is a head tax, with every person filing income tax every year, this head tax is no longer necessary.

Yes, dear. I do know what a "cedula" is. And on what do you base the necessity or not of the Residence Certificate? Do you have references? Not all people pay income taxes, SPECIALLY in the Philippines. But I'm sure you know that. So, are you saying that only taxpayers should have cedulas?

One way to make these non-payers--whether they should or exempt--contribute and participate is through the cedula. Are you also aware that cedulas are a source of income for authorized issuers?

The cedula should be converted into a National ID Card in the Philippines and something similar should be implemented in the U.S., to include a statement on the holder's legal presence. And don't forget the photo. Very important, SPECIALLY AT THE POLLS.

You get killed if you dissent against any side. Man, it is hard to preserve your liberty when idiots are around who carry more guns than you do.

I'm happy to refer you to the U.S. Liberals' gun control campaigns in all states featuring restrictions where only criminals will have guns if implemented. Maybe you will learn something NOT applicable to the Philippines.
