Nope. Extradition only works with criminal cases and an unwaived
extradition can take years to adjudicate. An unserved warrant is just
that: not even worth the paper it's printed on until it's "served" as
defined by law. Same goes for "wanted for questioning."


Have to prove death threats, otherwise it is no go.
