bolante was one person they didnt really try hard to find.
garci was the other.

but evn the ombudsman have questions regarding bolante. there is
talk that bolante would ask for asylum since he is being "
persecuted" by the pinas senate.

there you go .

while they arrest other pinoy for the flimsiest reasons

How can there be extradition requirement when the arrested is in the US?
There is no need to file for it.
The case might be more than you think, read it, it concerns that scam
that Arroyo is involved with, large amounts of money to distribute money
slated for farms, money for fertilizers, where one recipient was a
Quezon City official.

To wit:
"Mrs. Arroyo's foes charged that Bolante used some P3 billion in
fertilizer funds at the agriculture department's disposal to reward
politicians who helped campaign for Mrs. Arroyo in the hotly contested
May 2004 presidential election."

Certainly US immigration, a branch of Homeland Dept. of Security knows
of this and suspect money laundering, remember when cronies of Erap got
arrested? is it flimsy?

Take care, Rose Melinis' chicken will slowly roast with Erap for the
same reason, but it just might take time, if you think about it tho'
Philippines isn't the only country with two or more presidents under
arrest for the same reason.

Korea is one of them.
