Philippine Military actually have aerospace engineers, aircraft
mechanics etc.. but the kurakot is amazing, watch helicopter parts on
sale on e-bay or black market as soon as these helicopters get delivered.

The same thing is what bedeviled both the Chinese Nationalists and the
RVN (south Vietnam) and even the USSR!!! Without proper pay and an
honest leadership lower ranks will never truely care!

I've met Pinoy servicemen sent to the U.S. for various training courses, including spec ops, and to its credit, the Armed Forces of the Pinas always picks the cream of the enlisted crop. These guys can teach Good Manners, Right Conduct & Social Graces to U.S. forces.

Officer students, on the other hand, are junketing political rewardees who deserved everything I threw at 'em at Tidewater a long time ago. Weil, guess what? These commissioned assholes--logistics types--are training at Fort Lee and have learned to avoid Da Big Bad Pinoy Pig at all costs.
