Rotation of Regional Presidents

To help revive the glory of the sultanates of Mindanao, I think we
should have a rotational presidency in our proposed parliamentary
government similar to the rotation of the sultan kings in Malaysia.
Each region of the Philippines shall elect their regional president who
will participate in the rotational presidency except for the Muslim
region that will instead select a sultan to participate in the
rotational presidency. Maybe the presidential rotation can take place
yearly to complete the rotation of presidents and sultan from 16
regions in a short amount of time unlike the rotation of the sultan
kings of Malaysia wherein each having a 5 year term. That will help
revive the glory of the sultanates of Mindanao.
