Lefty's attack a legal product

First, let me state that I have never smoked. Ever. Hubby quit when we
married, oh so long ago. I hate cigarette smoke. Nevertheless, it is a legal
product in the Philippines, although highly regulated in some areas (Davao
is non-smoking, I believe Makati is no-smoking, etc.)

Now the wacko left has publicly stated that flowery words and nice graphics
can sway them as if they were robots. It has been firmly established that
lefties cannot link. Now we find out that they are susceptible to catchy
slogans. Well, we should have known that from the list of unproven
allegations they throw out during their socialist/communist demonstrations.
I would imagine that their overuse of banners is a by-product of their weak
minds susceptibility:

THE World Health Organization (WHO) said Monday that tobacco companies have
shifted to a new technique to "deceive" smokers so that they would not stop
from smoking.

In a statement, WHO said cigarette manufacturers--aside from introducing new
variants such as light, mild, and low tar---pretend that their products are
health conscious.

"Nowadays, they (tobacco firms) reassure concerned smokers by putting an
illusion of safety to their products. They continue to take their old and
new customers to more insidious levels of deception by promoting and selling
new products disguised under healthier names, fruity flavors or more
attractive-looking packaging," the health group said as it commemorates
"World No Tobacco Day."
