Bayan wants, well, whatever.

The group Bayan is asking the current Philippine administration to take
action against military officials that are allegedly responsible for the
killing of some of their communist, socialist, unionist, stalinist, maoist,
organization. The problem is that they cannot name any military personnel
nor do they have any evidence that any military personnel are responsible.

Nevertheless, they have to throw people off the facts that their
organization is disfunctional, and that the killings are the result of
internal purges. Bayan is using the shaky foundation of fabricated reports
by fellow socialist/communist groups Amnesia International and the Communism
on Human Rights to justify their claims.

In holding the military responsible, Bayan is demanding that military
personal be denied "promotions". In addition, military stationed near places
where these killings occur should be dismissed, regardless of the lack of
any evidence of their culpability. PGMA is also the target of these "guilt
by no association whatsoever" claims. Bayan wants her held accountable
because, well, just because - don't worry about why.

The rhetoric sounds good: "Abuses", "psy-war", etc. The Byanists also wants
the Arroyo administration to quit calling seditionist groups that advocate
anti-constitutional takeovers and those who plot coups as "enemies of the
state". Apparently Bayan has trouble with accurate labeling.
