So you should know that in the military, the commander is always right.

Nope, civilians are also required to follow the law of the land as
citizens. They have no more right to rebel against the govt than do
soldiers.

You "entrust" them only to a certain extent. Once they violate that
trust, you have the right to take up arms against them.

Once they violate that trust, you have the right to file complaints
with the Ombudsman or charge them in court.

There is no one-sided contract between the people and the govt.

True. We have the right to make use of the Institutions provided by the
Constitution to settle our problems.
