Why do you expect soldiers to obey the constitution if their leaders
don't follow it either?
Just because the they think (very subjective) their leaders are not
following the Constitution, that doesn't mean that they shouldn't
follow the Constitution themselves.
Both the soldiers and the leaders need to follow the Constitution. It
already has a system for punishing leaders who are not following the
Law. We have the Ombudsman and the Judiciary.
They're simply part of the overall movement against the system.
If we cannot trust them to follow the Constitution and the System that
gave them their powers, they have no right to be in the military.
