True. EDSA was not a true revolution in the sense that there was only
a change of leadership, but not necessarily a change of power.

And there are further complications this time around. Basically, we
know that joining the opposition right now would put into power people
who would be far more destructive.

Ramos I think, has been the most patient with GMA. Even now, he stops
short of saying he has withdrawn his support for GMA. He merely says
that his support is "waning and waning".

Somehow though, I wish Ramos can be back at the helm. If you remember,
he was the only president in recent memory under whose watch the
Philippines was described as a tiger economy.
