Monthly Public Consultation Based Governance

In the presidential system, absolute monarchy system, and governmental
bodies whose members are elected at large, we solely rely on the
dictates and idealism of an individual. In the parliamentary system,
we rely on the party ideology and the parties' pre-packaged stance on
different issues. But in a monthly public consultation, we directly
rely on what the district constituents really want on specific issues.
Unlike in the US for example, there are republicans who are
pro-abortion and there are democrats who are pro-Iraq war. Therefore,
people can't really deviate partly from the parties' pre-packaged
stance on different issues. But in a monthly public consultation, the
people or district constituents represented by an MP can have a precise
majority decision on different specific issues and not be confined on a
political party's pre-packaged stance on specific issues. During the
medieval UK parliament, they don't have yet a fast electronic mass
communication technology available to the people, but today we already
have so that people are immediately aware about many specific issues at
once. Hence in our electronic mass communication age, monthly public
consultation based governance is viable. Monthly public consultations
so that it's now feasible for the people to directly decide on the
course of the national government rather than be decided by either an
individual leader or by the party group. We can even literally have
250 political parties in parliament but it doesn't matter, because we
will no longer rely on the parties' ideology but instead directly
rely on the district constituents' majority decision on many specific
issues in a monthly public consultation based governance. The prime
minister and cabinet ministers will then just virtually act as
chairman.
