The real issue is not whether PI is corrupt or not. That's a given. The real
issue is whether we are part of the problem or part of the solution.
If we pay bribes to public officials or law enforcement then we are part of
the problem. We have no right to complain. Shame on us!
If we are part of the solution, then it is our job to educate our friends
and relatives that honesty and integrity goes a longer way than cheating and
stealing from one another. More power to us!
