Yes I forgot about campaign finance reform. Indeed that's a good
idea. So if there's no shift to parliamentary system but only shift
to a proper presidential system, not only we'll need to at last have
equal provincial senate representation but also we need to make the
names of all the campaign financiers totally disclosed to the public
and completely audit the candidates and their party on where they get
their campaign financing and disclose to the public. But still I like
better the prime minister frequently engaged in parliamentary debates
getting input from others seen by the public. And even with the
parliamentary system it's still good to adopt a full public
disclosure of their campaign financing sources. But with that proper
presidential system the party list system will have to be scrapped
though.
