Do not be deceived, 20% of cost in dealing with China is just liek in the Philippines, for graft, but one thing tho', you only pay one person for this, not like the Philippines where 20% is not enough sometimes.

Then there's the "invisible partners", in the Philippines these partners are invisible, you will not see them, most of the time anyway, in China, you see them all the time, but like in the PHilippines, they don't do squat. Well, sometimes they squat so I take that back.

That is the "legally accepted" business in the west, then there's the prison labor.
