Well, at least there will be no more president and 24 senators who need
massive nationwide campaign financing and naturally paying back by
serving the interests of their campaign financiers, resulting to not
fully serving the interests of the people. At least that will be
reduced if not totally eliminated which is good. And all the provinces
can finally have equal representation of their interests and share of
power in Manila with a parliamentary system. If there is no shift to
either parliamentary or federal then at least it's mandatory to at
last have equal provincial representation in the Senate which is good.
