pls i'm going 2 marriage in philippine. At the major told me that i must
bring the "legal capacity" document. I dont know....the legal capacity
and the singleness document are the same?

If not...what is this "legal capacity"?

Asked in italian ambassy in manila and philippino ambasy in italy nobody
know!
