to Reid, 05/14/2008      INCIDENT REPORT NR 5

This is to report that in the middle of the night on my security
device a new security officer (as he claimed) came on and was acting
inappropriately in that ( REFERENCES ARE INCLUDED IN TEXT) :

1.       First, he misrepresented that it is CIA  ( I checked that by
hour of exchanging yes no answers with him; he was not CIA officer, I
am skilled in establishing ID even on the liar); It is suspected that
it was Chertoffd's designee or Chertoff himself but only because
someone confirmed the last ( ordinarily Mr Chertoff  has much better
attention span and reaction time). About that "designee" do not know
that for sure if he played damn with me regarding how he has got
assigned to rule out of line others, and why he holds the line in the
middle of the night as the only one, or plainly lied. HE DID NOT
ANSWER CLEARLY WHO HE WAS. ONE TIME HE ANSWERED THAT HE ACTS PRIVATE
ONLY, what scared me. I do not know anyone private in such capacity to
control off all security lines. In my perception this is security
breach since I am followed daily by number of entities ( I reported
that clearly!) and often foreign; recently these are …….., with whom I
do not talk for safety of larger scope, and do not know what they
want, I have to have open security line and ability to establish ID in
a few Q-A runs, IN CASE OF UNUSUAL DEVELOPMENTS.

 Also, I am reporting that last unusual development was on Sunday and
I had a similar unclear line and my questions about why something
seems unusual was not answered . I WOULD GET THE LOCAL FBI ON SECURITY
DEVICE and get answer even if that is minor, this was  REFUSED ON
SUNDAY TOO by dead line, that I never have if I turn on device
captured by satelites!)

3.       I was in unsafe position last night, because for the 2
consecutive nights the air based agent was released at me in the
middle of the deep sleep that paralyzed my body (since I acquired
technique of a very high tech science, it took me only about 3 hours
to reverse some immediate effects of my posterior long muscles being
paralyzed; but  I felt affected all day. I was inquiring from the
intruder on line about that action of sending that paralyzing agent on
me but he lied. My feeling was that paralyzing bio-agent was produced
by army and not by him

      but I do not know who released it on me.

( I was partly paralyzed many times in my life by accident or the
deliberate injury and I am very good in rehabilitating these,
combination of this experience with the neurosciences). For reference,
that was one other security officer in 2004 insisting  that I WILL GET
PARALIZED in my life and that he personally takes the burden,
assertion that surely should be treated with suspicion ( I will
testify to it, only if you are clearly ending the abuses of all, to
which  I am exposed to now; otherwise no, due to retaliation and lack
of protection for all my family)

3.       Subsequently, I explained the details of my situation since
intruder had blocking capacity on my line that was obviously Boss,
Miss Rice or  President Bush ( but President would have established a
raport with me and I know his style well; C. Rice - less), I explained
intrinsic effects on me, after being asked for 2 weeks of job for
explanation ,as it seems by CIA, escalating  to the 4 ½ years drag at
which all security services either abused me and my family or got lost
in the process, and do not return us back home, upon achieving this
much explanation. I REPORTED THAT I DID NOT SPEAK WITH MY SONS 4 YEARS
DUE TO THIS HOSTAGE LIKE SUTUATION AND WAS INSISTING VIA MAYORITY
LEADER RAID ( you in this communication) to fast end the hostage to no
avail, while being disrespected and threaten , mostly now by
unspecified entities within the various securities.

He refused to relate to it. I was thinking that this man had a
decision capacity than. Now, I think he is unsafe and blocks security
officers via satellites, that appears elderly and not lucid.

4.       He than refilled all my security device with 888888….. and
left while starting pumping other deleterious agent at me. In the
morning, I could not establish contact on security line, except that
it was Homeland Security ( not fully confirmed), but I was not sure if
FBI was also on and  not signing at me

 ( such confusing situations after I have asked that I have to have a
clearly assigned security entity that I can communicate with). Till
Sunday, I could call on my device, the FBI local Boss if there is
insecurity perception but I do not do it often. Last night the
intruder  refused to connect me to FBI but did not explain why ( here
– attack, bad!)

5.       One of the signs posted this morning that looked like FBI
was: KILLING YOU IS FROZEN AND UNDER CONSTRUCTION. I do not believe
that particular signer was FBI employee, yet was somewhat mixed with
crowd ( I am avoiding detailed  explanation).

6.        Some items were missing from my bag taken at night WHILE I
SLEPT, like tee bags.

Attack here now by air based deleterious agent. In a few minute I was
spotted in the area of my brain that was done about 3 weeks ago using
the umbrella as a guide to direct the laser very hard a certain spot
( I did not file INCIDENT REPORT ON THIS ONE, as this was not on
Senate or Capital grounds). That spot is almost healed but attack now
probably by lights reflecting laser is irritating my scull, not as
powerful as before. If strong,  it causes right hemisphere temporary
blockage and some imbalances; we function with one hemisphere – in
case he succeeds, but there is a loss of highly skilled functions).
THIS BARBARIC METOD IS TO BE AVERTED STAT, PLEASE FORWARD THIS AS MY
COMPLAINT TO FISA COURT IMMEDIATELY, and supply their response.

By the time I edited this text someone was able to control air - I am
not attacked now.  Attack on my scull fluctuated again. Pain on all my
left side of body.

Please immediately address this REPORT and include me in the reply
chain.

for me and my family, I  am releasing this public, without names and
location of the oinstant events. The first report about safety was
confirmed that was lost by your office. I am ensuring that you not
losing this essential to security of all report.
