Many years ago it seams in 1995 at the some exhibition I spoke with an expert,
who make experet conclusions about tape records validity
as evidences in court. He told that decission to direct him on exhibition
was made in last days. His exhibitional stand attracted me with equipment
for learning magnetic records. There was liqud crystall which changes
its structure orientations under magnetic field disposition.
His job was learning magnetophonic tapes on a subject of possible
stops of recorders' head. I was curious is there way to study
tape at the subject of possible montage if the tape was mastered
digitally. I did not receive the ansver, but understud
UKRAINE MAY NOT MAKE EXPERTISE OF TAPE ON A SUBJECT OF DIGITAL FABRICATION,
further more Ukraine may not make expertise on a subject of stylistic
fabrications or any other sort of manipulations.
I already had some knowladges of voice and sound synthesis.
