American police wrongfully kill two citizens
In this case, the police showed up at a motel in body armor and gunned down
Scott Biswell and a 23 yr old girl, Kortni Rae Grimm. They claim Scott
Biswell aimed a gun at them, but where is this gun?
The Constitution forbids American policemen from going out and killing
suspects who have charges filed against them. Police are to arrest people
and bring them to court for trial, since the charges may be false.
The federal government would be wise to stamp out local police corruption
before this corruption results in a 2nd American Revolution. This is the
very same police corruption the British government was allowing in the
American colonies before the 1776 Revolution, where police would execute
people without a trial in a court of law.

CONSTITUTIONAL PROTECTIONS
The Constitution forbids policemen from killing citizens without a trial.
The American government should pay $10 million to the family of Kortni Rae
Grimm for the police execution-style slaying of Kortni, age 23.
"Biswell, whose criminal history dates to 1991, was wanted on a $250,000
felony warrant for attacking and threatening to kill two women and a baby
because their car was blocking his vehicle at a West Valley apartment
earlier this month, police said.
Royce Biswell said her son told her the exchange was exaggerated, but he
predicted the altercation and resulting arrest warrant would prompt police
to eventually kill him, she said.
"He said, '[The woman involved in the incident] just gave me a death
warrant, because who are they going to believe?' "
Biswell first was sent to prison 11 years ago, authorities said, and had
been paroled eight times in nine years.
Biswell and Grimm had been living with Royce Biswell but traveled to
Provo because Biswell was afraid police would attempt to arrest him in front
of his children, who also lived there, his mother said.
Grimm had been fighting to stay away from drugs for some time, attending
Narcotics Anonymous meetings with friends in Salt Lake City, but returned to
Biswell after his release from prison, her friends said.
"She was not a bad person," said Shirley Jones of Payson, whose son
fathered a baby with Grimm. "She wasn't a leader-type, she was a led-type."
Records show Grimm was wanted on a $50,000 warrant for failure to appear
for a June 28, 2001, sentencing hearing after she pleaded guilty to a child
endangerment charge. An officer allegedly found methamphetamine near Grimm's
sleeping baby on March 21, 2001, court documents say."
