esperanto spelling reform

a natural language has different pronounciation standards to which the
spelling should be
adjusted from time to time. esperanto is in use for around a hundred
thirty years or so
and i think it is time for a spelling reform. the question is , what
is the spoken standard ?

or do we have to accept that esperanto is not primarly a spoken
language at all , and
thus not fully natural ?

ĉu la ortografio estas la parola normo , por ĉiam kaj eterne ?
