Amazing how such lies become common currency in the US.
Wrong country.

RIGHT country, Mr. Lobbyist -- as we see here.

Not according to international organizations.

You mean international organizations like the UN and Amnesty
International? Neither of them are buying into your self-serving lies
and rationalizations, Mr. Lobbyist. Both have repeatedly condemned
your beloved embargo and called for them to be lifted immediately and
unconditionally. Like the "dissidents" in Cuba. (It really is hard, to
get good help these days, isn't it?)

In fact, the
"opposition" movement in Cuba has OPPOSED the US embargo for years.

What PL snipped for obvious reasons AGAIN!:

In fact, the "opposition" movement in Cuba has OPPOSED the US embargo
for years. They, along with the UN and human rights groups like
Amnesty International want it lifted immediately and without
conditions. In April of this year, leading Cuban dissident, Oswaldo
Paya, said the embargo "must be lifted without conditions because it
is not the solution."

Actually snipped and ran away from in terror.

Leading dissidents have asked the US to end the trade sanctions on food
and medicine as a gesture.
It has.

Wrong again,(snip)

What PL also snipped for obvious reasons:

Wrong again, Mr. Lobbyist. According to Amnesty International's report
only a few weeks ago:

"The US embargo against Cuba is IMMORAL and should be lifted. It’s
preventing millions of Cubans from benefiting from vital medicines and
medical equipment essential for their health."

"Because of the US embargo, Cuba faces SEVERE RESTRICTIONS in
importing medicines, medical equipment or technologies from the USA or
from any US company abroad.

http://www.amnesty.org/en/news-and-updates/report/president-obama-sho...

"Amnesty International calls on the US Congress to take, WITHOUT
FURTHER DELAY, the necessary steps towards lifting the economic,
financial and trade embargo against Cuba...

"The export of medicines and medical supplies continues to be SEVERELY
LIMITED....

“The RESTRICTIONS IMPOSED BY THE EMBARGO help to deprive Cuba of vital
access to medicines, new scientific and medical technology, food,
chemical water treatment and electricity.”

http://www.amnesty.org/en/library/asset/AMR25/007/2009/en/540b61a6-d0...

nope.

STILL in denial, I see.

The US is Cuba's largest food supplier since 2001.

Sadly for you, it seems no one outside your tiny circle of fanatical
Cuba-haters is buying into your lies and self-serving
rationalizations. Last month the UN General Assembly, for the 18th
year in a row, voted overwhelming to condemn these cruel and inhumane
sanctions of yours -- a record 187 votes to 3, with only 2
abstentions. Of the
only 2 countries that voted with the US regime (Israel, who trades
freely with Cuba, and Palau (pop. 20,000)) and the only 2 countries
that abstained (Micronesia and Marshall Islands), all are US
dependents. The countries that were free to speak (including yours)
voted to condemn your beloved embargo. Doesn't that tell you ANTYHING,
Mr. Lobbyist?

Castro reacted by throwing 75 of them in jail.

They were jailed because they were illegal paid agents of the US
regime. See:

http://www.granma.cu/ingles/2003/julio/mar1/26bager.html
http://www.granma.cu/ingles/entrevistas/15once.html
http://www.granma.cu/ingles/entrevistas/silence.html

(snip)
and all you can quote for that is the Castro propaganda machine

All they had to do was follow the money.

Most want a negotiated simultaneous end to both the sanctions and the
abuses.

Wrong again. Like Paya (snip)

Sanchez, Beatriz Roque, ...
The dissident community is divided.

Bullshit.

Cuesto Morua on on eside.

Who????? Someone in the queue for a US visa?

Sanchez, Roque on the other and Paya in the middle.

[snip]

Sanchez and Paya have consistently opposed your beloved embargo over
the years. As have the majority of dissidents. Roque has been back and
forth -- maybe to negotiate a higher pay?

As always you only give half of the picture.

As always, your are denial, Mr. Lobbyist.

(snip)

What PL snipped for obvious reasons:

As always, your are denial, Mr. Lobbyist. There is absolutely no moral
basis to these genocidal sanctions of yours. Even those in whose name
you inflict this suffering on the Cuban people are opposed to it! But
we always knew that was just a pretext, didn't we, Mr. Lobbyist? (See
"How PL justifies the US killing of Cuban children.")

Nope.
I give the whole picture.

You DISTORT the picture. Like your political masters, you conveniently
leave out the fact that even those in whose name you inflict these
cruel sanctions on the Cuban people are opposed to them. Deal with it,
Mr. Lobbyist.
