Two hours blackout can occur anywhere,

But not every day like in Cuba, no?

PL the days of power blackouts in Holguin etc are pretty much over. Many
days and there are no power problems, when there are now they are just for a
few minutes. A night and day difference from a year ago. No food, but lots
of power. Of course doubling the cost helps keep usage down to a trickle.
