Poor comrade Dan.
The USA is not a dictatorship like Cuba.

Get real comrade Dan.
You have a long history of lying propaganda.

the facts are clear:
- the planes were unarmed civilian planes
- they were over international waters when shot down and presented no "clear
and present danger" to any Cuba (as non of the flights ever have even those
over Havana. They only hurt Castro's pride)
- international treaties forbid the shooting down of unarmed civilian planes
- unarmed civilian planes entering national airspace are to be forced to
land, no more no less.
- planes moving away from territorial waters (thereby complying with orders
to leave the area) are not to be attacked.

Castro ignored all of the above to soothe his hurt dogmatic pride.
He illegally killed these men that were no threat and that had committed no
serious crimes by any standard.
Extra-judicial killings.
