A man was shot and killed in East Palo Alto, police said Thursday.
Scedrick Tippins Jr., 31, of East Palo Alto was shot numerous times on
the 2500 block of Gloria Way about 11:45 p.m. Wednesday, said police
Sgt. Jeff Liu. Officers were alerted by ShotSpotter, the city's
gunfire detection system, Liu said.
Tippins died at Stanford Medical Center.
No arrests have been made.
