For example, in Canada,
whenever snows comes, there are bulldozers out there to clean the snow
and salt put on highways.  Now the Chinese seem to be learning about
this.  It is good that snow comes at this time so that they can learn
how to cope with snow.  When Opympic comes, they will not have the
