This is a one in 50 year event and it covers 17 provinces.  Not even
Canada, and I live there, can cope.  Plus all the highways are choked

if you have any.  Cut out all this bullshitting about what the
government should have done.  Be glad that they are doing something
and things seem to be under control.  The real danger is a government
that doesn't know what to do and there is general panic about news
updates, power supply, food, people stripping the stores for emergency
supplies, looting, gridlock in the cities and so on.

New Orlean after Katrina was a situation the United States can't
handle.  There will be times where the situation just overwhelms
everything.  Today, it's China's turn.

Maybe they should have banned the snow as an evil cult...

China as well as the United States very much needed the water and
snow.
