SAN FRANCISCO (Thomson Financial) - Citigroup Inc. on Thursday
revealed a 6.6% passive stake in NutriSystem Inc.
Citigroup (nyse: C - news - people ) holds 2.32 million shares of the
Horsham, Pa.-based provider of weight management and fitness products,
according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Shares of Nutrisystem rose 3.2% to $27.55.
