Eating rice is one. In the 1950s, I had real bad allergy. My doctor
recommended taken out my tonsil, so I had that taken out, but I still
had allergy. I took a skin test, and rice was one of the items I was
supposed to be allergic to. So I stopped eating rice. I haven't had
rice for over 50 years except eating in a restaurant where rice is
served with the food, but I still have allergy. People complain that
Wal-Mart's Equate medicine came from China and may not be good. Wal-
Mart's Equate Chlortabs are excellent for my allergy and very low-
price. I would recommend it for anybody who has allergy.
Very interesting. I also have food sensitivities. To soy, gluten,
legumes and a few other things. What are your allergy symptoms?
Sneezing, hard to breathe through the nose,...
Gotta take those Chlortabs all-year-round regardless of sneezing or
not. Once you start sneezing, it's too late, and you'll suffer for a
week or so before you can recover.
