Chinese transcription exchange

I'm trying to understand Chinese broadcast news, but can't seem to
link things together without a Chinese transcription to fully
understand the news to which I'm listening. I like to download the
news in Chinese from RFI (Radio France Internationale).

I'd like to exchange transcriptions with a Chinese speaker. I'd send
you an MP3 attachment totaling perhaps 10 minutes to transcribed in
Chinese, and in exchange I would transcribe an English MP3 (I could
probably also transcribe French, but I'm not used to touch typing
French, so it may take longer.
I could transcribe:
-- Net stuff like CNN or NPR (which charges for transcriptions)
-- English lectures (I have a university background in both technical
and artistic subjects).
-- English meetings, telephone conversations, etc.
-- Any other Audio in English such as radio, movie dialog, songs.,
etc.
If we find we need more than 10 minute segments, that can be arranged.
To edit MP3 files, I use the free program, Audacity (which requires
the free lame MP3 converter, documented in the software. I could help
with any problems and guide in piecing together MP3 segments of
speech if you don't already edit audio files.
