Oh!!! yeah!! The Dalai Lama can not support themselves. They live on
handouts from the U.S. government, just to keep the thorn on China's
skin.
The US has been out of the picture for years
regarding the relationship between the DL and China.
Well, like I said above, the thorn is still on China's skin. The U.S.
also wants to make sure the thorn is irritating enough to cause pain
once in a while.
