China is swiftly becoming a threat in that their demands for oil are
ever increasing (as are ours) and the world supply cannot keep up with

It's rapidly becoming a situation analogous to two people who both

Pipelines are being built, agreements are being made and strategies

perhaps, yen)
Ever have one of your creditors sell your debt to a different
company who arbitrarily changes the interest and fee schedule on you?
Think of that in terms of Trillions of dollars.

Russian President Vladimir Putin, a published expert in judo, has used
his skills to throw the US off balance in the competition for energy.
In the past few weeks he has defeated all Western-backed projects to
bring gas from Central Asia into Europe, and now he is aiming at the
Balkans. As any judo expert can confirm, brute force is not required.
