Americans wouldn't send them back to Ubekistan or to China and only
Albania would provide them asylum. They are now in limbo because
Albania could provide them with other than minimal living expenses and
wouldn't allow them to work. This is the best outcome China can hope
for as the plight of these rebels is a very good lesson to would be
rebels who think fighting China is a viable idea.
